My name is Louis Dilasser. I’m 26 years old.

I’m Normand (from Rouen, a town famous for Jeanne d’Arc).
I studied law and political science. I’ve always been interested in history, especially the history of my state, Normandy, and of course D-Day.

I work for Overlordtour because I believe it’s important to pass on this heritage that has been bequeathed to us and to keep this memory alive. I will do my best to help you discover this part of Normandy and tell you about the sacrifice of the Allied soldiers.

Members of my family took part in the war :
My great-grandfather, Georges, was in the French army. His brother, Charles, (my great-uncle) was in the German army. My great-grandfather survived. His brother did not. Charles Stutzmann was reported missing near Nevel, Russia, in 1943.
