Hi, I’m Théo, and I was born in Bayeux in 1998.

I grew up just a few kilometers from the D-Day beaches, in a region where history is part of the landscape and of everyday life.

My family has deep roots here — part of it comes from Colleville-sur-Mer. My great-grandmother was fifteen during the German occupation, living right there in Colleville, and my great-grandfather Robert worked for nearly forty years at the American Cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach. Growing up with their stories made me realize that history isn’t just something in books — it’s something you can touch, see, and feel here in Normandy.

That connection to the past naturally shaped my path. I first studied English at university, but soon decided to combine my love for languages and my passion for history. That’s how I became a certified tour guide, specializing in the Normandy landings and the region’s heritage.

Today, sharing those stories with visitors from all over the world feels like continuing what my great-grandfather started — keeping the memory alive, and helping people understand what happened on these beaches.
